Enjoying where we came from? If you catch my drift. I have this thinking for like 10 years ago that we were born from that part of the body, and we enjoy the same place, don’t we? Here are simple tips for taking care of your vagina for maximum vaginal health:

1. Avoid from using antiseptic or vagina fragrance

Many do not know that most vaginal cleaning that contain antiseptics and vaginal fragrance are not good for your vagina. Antiseptic not only kill bacteria, it also include those ‘friendly’ bacteria. When you feel itchy, or when infection occurs, do not scratch your private part. If possible refrain from scratching or use clean cloth that is dipped in warm water to wipe the itchy area.

6. Change Underwear Frequently

Change your underwear frequently, like about 3 times a day depends on situation. When it is menstruation time, you will need to change more. This will avoid the bacteria that are accumulated on the underwear from surviving for too long. The longer they are allowed to live, the stronger they will get.

7. Avoid Sexual Activities During White Discharge

Please refrain from any sexual activities during the time of white discharge. If you have itchiness, smell and too much discharge of the white mucus, please consult doctor immediately.
